When I moved to the United States, I quickly realized how hard it was to find blends that truly captured the heart of Jamaican cooking. During the lockdown of 2021, as the world slowed down and challenges grew, my children encouraged me to share my passion for cooking online — and that’s when Shelly’s JA Bikkle was born.

What started as comfort and creativity during uncertain times soon became a mission — to bring the true taste of Jamaica to kitchens around the world.

Story of Our Blends

In the Jamaican community, “hypertension” is a familiar word in many households — including mine. That reality inspired me to start creating healthier seasoning options made with natural herbs and spices, designed to help reduce sodium without compromising on flavor.
